Why YOU Won't Succeed in 2013

Yes, you read that right. 99% of you won't be as successful as you would like in 2013. Why? Because you don't need it bad . As somebody in the net marketing business, I see it every single day. Those who need to make 6 figures and be their own boss. It is everyone's dream, right? When it comes time to take action, however, everyone seems to make excuses. Here are a number of the most common excuses I have heard and how to combat those excuses for your own growth.
"I don't have the time"
Nobody thinks they have the time, but the difference between those who are successful and those who are not is that successful people will make the time. Most people find at least an hour a day of TV time. Try putting down the remote and focusing on what will make you reach your goals.
"There's much competition"
I am surprised every time I listen to this. People actually think because there is existing competition, that they can not be successful. That is the farthest thing from the truth. If there's multiple successful businesses in the niche you are thinking about going in, chances are it is because that niche is PROFITABLE. Take notes on what these successful companies are doing (and are not doing as well) to receive a leg up on them.
"I already work another job"
Now this ties in with the first excuse as well. Most people need to make more funds, be their own boss, etc. I am not saying quit your 9-5 and go right at your passion, but think about spending your "down time" to work towards being your own boss so that you CAN quit that 9-5.
There's lots of individuals who need to be successful, but they basically don't need it bad . Not everyone was born with that burning desire, in fact, most people must find what drives them through life experiences. My recommendation? Start writing down goals and keeping a notepad in front of you at your table. You'll find yourself not only writing down your goals, but also motivational quotes, motivational items in your life, every day to-do's, etc.
"I'm not motivated enough"

-Research your competitors- Find out what they are doing right, and also what they can improve on. Use this to your advantage.
-Outwork your competition- Sure they might already be successful, but plenty of people also get comfortable when they hit success. Take advantage of this and outwork them.
-Find your passion and stay motivated- Again, keep that notepad handy. To this day I still use mine as an essential every day tool.
-Sacrifice- Be willing to sacrifice something you enjoy or need to do so that you can reap the rewards from spending that time on your passion.
Give it some thought. There's millions of people in this world. I can guarantee you right now while you are thinking about your goals (or lack there of), there is another person out there chasing after them with all they have got. When I made the decision to start chasing my goals, I worked my ass off and made no excuses. I was going to school from 7 AM until two PM and then coming right home to work on my passion (my online business). It wasn't unusual for me to be at my computer until two or three in the morning if that is what it took. Here are a couple simple steps you can take to get on the right path:
